1. Briquette production line mainly include Crusher, mixer, briquette machine and dryer. 

2. The raw material size should less than 5mm, otherwise, you should use crusher at first. 

3. In this production line, you should add some binder to increase the briquettes hardness. So, should use mixer to mix the raw material and binder. There are double shaft mixer (continuous mixer) and wheel mill (batch mixer). 

4. Briquette machine will press the mixture material (raw material + binder) into briquette shape. We can press oblateness shape, pillow shape, square shape etc. 

5. After briquette machine, the humidity of briquette is about 15%, should use briquettes dryer to drying. There are mesh belt dryer, chain plate dryer and vertical box dryer.
